Hi, I'm Cassidi Dye, a Licensed Master Level Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor based in the Kansas City area. I'm the founder of Cardinal Psychological Services, where I provide comprehensive psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults, evidence-based therapy, and specialized behavioral health services for first responders.

A large part of my work involves helping individuals and families find clarity through comprehensive psychological evaluations. Whether someone is seeking answers related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning differences, mood concerns, or personality functioning, my goal is to provide meaningful answers, practical recommendations, and a better understanding of each person's unique strengths and challenges.

In addition to psychological testing, I provide therapy for adults and specialize in working with first responders. My approach integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), trauma-informed care, and education about the nervous system. I believe understanding how the brain and body respond to stress is an important part of lasting change.

Working with first responders has become one of the most meaningful parts of my career. To better understand the profession and the culture, I participate in monthly law enforcement ride-alongs and continue learning directly from those who serve our communities. I also provide behavioral health education, department consultation, and wellness services designed to support both individual first responders and the agencies they serve.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. Whether you're seeking answers through psychological testing, support through therapy, or resources for your department, my goal is to provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care that helps you move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with family. You'll usually find me planning my next trip or searching for good food and beautiful views.
